We have a selection of local and British cheeses:

High Weald Dairy

http://www.highwealddairy.co.uk/

HWD is a family run dairy, based on their organic dairy farm in West Sussex.

Their cheese makers craft a delicious range of award winning cheeses from organic cows milk, conventional and organic sheep milk and most recently goat milk.
The organic cow milk comes from the cows based on our farm. The sheep milk is supplied by several sheep milking units, the largest milking over 700 ewes twice every day, and our goat milk comes from Kent.

The cheese is all made in their modern dairy, just 20 metres away from where the cows are milked – food yards …not miles! And they only use pasteurised milk to make their cheese.

Their cheese is suitable for vegetarians as they only use vegetable rennet. They do not use artificial ingredients or processes. They are also certified by the Soil Association and are members of the Specialist cheese association and A Taste of Sussex.
