A reminder of our Herbs and Spices, and the Whole foods selection. I am amazed that nearly every customer, particularly at the weekends, buys at least one packet of something we’ve packed ourselves and although they don’t cost very much, I get quite a buzz from it, because the packaging is our own corporate identity and can’t be bought anywhere else……. Yet!
Also, the Polytunnel has been cleared and, hopefully, if Peter gets time, will have seeds planted next week. I have asked for as many herbs as possible. This is because we have started selling a good selection of fresh herbs, but we have to buy them from the market: Tarragon, Mint, Sage, Chives, Flat Parsley, Curley Parsley and loads of Coriander, as well as fresh Rosemary and fresh Bay.
