Having often been asked if we do ORGANIC MILK I can now let you all know that I have found a supplier.  The Goodwood Estate Company Ltd can supply milk with the Soil Association symbol on it.  They do cream 250mls, Whole Milk, Semi Skimmed milk and skimmed milk in 1 Litre or 2 Litre bottles.
Let me know if you are interested and I will order it in especially for you.  They are hoping to be making butter and cheese shortly.

A reminder of our Herbs and Spices, and the Whole foods selection.  I am amazed that nearly every customer, particularly at the weekends, buys at least one packet of something we’ve packed ourselves and  although they don’t cost very much, I get quite a buzz from it, because the packaging is our own corporate identity and can’t be bought anywhere else……. Yet!
Also, the Polytunnel has been cleared and, hopefully, if Peter gets time, will have seeds planted next week. I have asked for as many herbs as possible. This is because we have started selling a good selection of fresh herbs, but we have to buy them from the market: Tarragon, Mint, Sage, Chives, Flat Parsley, Curley Parsley and loads of Coriander, as well as fresh Rosemary and fresh Bay.
